CRASH COURSES
Astro Pi Mission Zero
Code in the Space
Explore the magic of coding in space!
This is a great opportunity for children 14 and under to learn and write code in python and get it run in the International space station.
The code created by the participants is going to do three things on a Raspberry Pi computer on the ISS:
Show a message.
Display an image on the screen.
Measure the relative humidity aboard the space station.
Programs that are successfully submitted are guaranteed to run in space! In addition, each team member will receive an electronic certificate recording the exact start and end time of their program’s run on the ISS — a personal piece of space science history to keep!
Join us virtually for a free workshop to get guidance on completing the challenge!

Moon Camp Discovery Challenge
Discover and Design your own Moon Camp !
Moon Camp is an education project run in collaboration between ESA and the Airbus Foundation, in partnership with Autodesk. It uses innovative learning technologies to challenge students to design their own Moon settlement with a 3D modeling tool.

In Moon Camp Discovery each team’s mission is to 3D design only one component of a Moon Camp, using Tinkercad. Teams can choose to design the:
Lunar Lander
Lunar Orbital Space Station
Lunar Rover
Moon Base
Rocket
Space Suit
Moon Camp Discovery is a non-competitive mission for beginners. All participants whose entries comply with the guidelines will receive a special participation certificate and their project will be displayed on the Moon Camp online platform.
Join this workshop to get guidance from an ESA-recognized moon camp mentor and get a chance to participate in the Global level challenge with technical knowledge and confidence. Don’t miss this opportunity, submit a project with good quality and get a chance to win a certificate from the European Space Agency and Airbus for your creative contribution to this future goal of humankind!
